Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 September 2026
1. Who we are
TrendPrint Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a digital advertising agency registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17525946), with a registered office at Office 2087 60 Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, London, United Kingdom, W1T 2EW. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, and we are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller under registration number [ZAXXXXXX].
Where TrendPrint runs advertising campaigns using a client's own customer data, we act as a data processor on that client's behalf, under a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — not under this website policy, which covers only data we collect through this site and our own direct marketing.
If you have a Data Protection Officer or nominated privacy contact, name them here: [DPO name / contact, if applicable].
2. The data we collect
We collect personal data in two contexts:
a) Visiting this website
- Contact form submissions: company name, work email, phone number (optional), a description of your business, and any budget or timeline details you choose to share.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and referral source, via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3).
b) Running ad campaigns for our clients
Where TrendPrint manages advertising accounts on behalf of a client, we may process personal data belonging to that client's own customers (for example, campaign audience data within Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager). In that relationship TrendPrint typically acts as a data processor for the client, who remains the controller — this is governed by a separate data processing agreement, not by this website policy.
4. How we use your data, and our legal basis
- To respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form — necessary to take steps towards a contract with you.
- To run and improve this website, including analytics — based on your consent, or our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure site.
- To show relevant advertising and measure its performance — based on your consent, given via the cookie banner.
- To send marketing communications, where you've opted in — based on consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Direct B2B email outreach to other businesses about our services — based on our legitimate interest in reaching prospective clients in a B2B context. Every such email includes a clear, one-click way to opt out, and we'll stop contacting you as soon as you do.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep contact form enquiries for [e.g. 24 months] from your last interaction with us, unless you become a client, in which case data is retained for the duration of our engagement plus [e.g. 6 years] to meet UK accounting and tax obligations. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the relevant platform's own default window (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta) unless configured otherwise.
7. International transfers
Some of the providers above (including major advertising and analytics platforms) may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as appropriate to keep your data protected to UK standards, wherever it's processed.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Request your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. If you are resident in the European Union, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
US residents: if you are a resident of California or another US state with its own privacy law (e.g. under the CCPA/CPRA), you have similar rights to know what personal data we hold about you, request its deletion, correct it, and opt out of its sale or sharing — we do not sell personal data. Contact us using the details in Section 11 to exercise these rights.
9. Children's privacy
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect data from, children under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
